This address is for business correspondence, not a walk-in retail location or an instruction to send returned goods. Email us first for a prepaid return label and the correct return address. Our store name does not itself establish a legal entity type, professional license, manufacturing origin, or third-party affiliation.

Retail service

We sell physical retail products for delivery within the United States. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the complete order total are displayed before payment. Shopify supplies the commerce platform; our store, not Shopify, is the seller responsible for your purchase.

Delivery and returns

Standard shipping is free, with 1-2 business days for handling and an estimated 2-4 business days in transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. See Shipping Policy for delivery areas and delay remedies.

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. We accept unused items and goods supplied damaged, defective, or incorrect. We cover return shipping, charge no restocking fee, and do not offer exchanges. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after returned goods are received. Content and intellectual property

Website materials and product names are subject to the rights of their respective owners. Their appearance does not establish that we manufacture the goods or are endorsed by a third-party brand. Ordinary personal shopping use is permitted; other uses of protected materials require permission or another lawful basis. We do not restrict honest reviews or lawful criticism.

For an intellectual-property concern, email us with the page URL, a description of the rights and material involved, and contact information. This is a general contact method, not a claim that we have registered a designated DMCA agent.

Accuracy and external services

Please contact us about material listing errors so we can investigate. We will not use an error notice to impose a higher price on a completed order without agreement or to defeat a refund right. Third-party payment, hosting, and delivery services have their own terms, but their involvement does not remove our obligations as seller.
